Denver-based Forum Real Estate Group was experiencing exponential growth. It had already invested $1.8 billion in the market nationwide. Yet although it had a well-established reputation for developing stunning multi-family properties with thoughtfully curated amenities, it had no formalized brand to speak of. It needed help defining the basics: Who are we and what makes us special? I developed a complete Brand Blueprint—including Positioning, Mission, Values, Brand Attributes and Tone of voice—to take their story to the next level. With a solid brand platform in place, I then developed their internal and external communications to ensure a seamless story.
